I know and agree that a conventional oven is the best when it comes to baking, i myself would love to get my hands at one but people don't be disheartened if u don't have one, your average microwave oven with the option of convection will also work fine. The microwave when used in the convection mode will work almost as good as the conventional oven. U can even use metal dishes in the convection mode to get that golden crust of a pie that would otherwise not work in a glass dish. (PLEASE DON'T EVER USE METAL IN THE MICROWAVE MODE)
Just wanted everyone to know this because i initially struggled a lot as i only had a microwave and almost every website or recipe books talks only about the conventional ovens.
Temperature tip: Most of your cakes, muffins pies etc can be baked at 180 degrees in the convection mode.
